The location is central to Lake Havasu and the amenities within walking distance are perfect, 1 to 2 min walks. (food, shopping, entertainment). The building is made of brick and you can't hear any neighbors. We usually use the upstair rooms and the view from the balcony is amazing. The staff is super friendly and there's plenty of parking. we stay here every time were in town for fun or work.

We stayed here for the last 3 years for our yearly family vacation. As a matter of fact we get the same room every time, King smoking room # 109. We are always treated royally. Our stay with this hotel is the best, cant beat the price, the room is huge, the bed is very comfortable. We will be back next year...

everything was brand new because they are renovating. Fresh paint totally new bathroom and a new floor.

Love this place this is our go to when we go to havasu. It’s nice we can park next to our room and there is plenty to do and eat around. It’s comfortable and dog friendly.

Perfect hotel room front and back door were really nice to have perfect to have a barbecue and hang out with family and go swimming..
